Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree (3 years full-time) with minimum 60% marks, or
- Master’s Degree (MBA / PGDBA / MMS) in Finance / International Business / Foreign Trade with minimum 60% marks, or
- Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Final year candidates expecting results by 01 June 2025 are also eligible.
Selection Process
- Written Examination
- Part I: Professional Knowledge (40 marks)
- Part II: Professional Knowledge (Attempt any 6 out of 8 questions, 60 marks)
- Total Marks: 100
- Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes
- Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview.
Stipend & Salary
- Training Period (1 Year): ₹65,000/month
- Post-Training: Appointed as Deputy Manager in Junior Management Grade (JM-I) Scale
- Deputy Manager Pay Scale: ₹48,480 – ₹85,920 (as per IBA 12th Bipartite Settlement)
- Additional allowances: HRA, Travel Allowances, Dearness Allowances, Housing Facility, etc.
