About Exam
The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the notification for the recruitment of Probationary Officers / Management Trainees through the Common Recruitment Process (CRP PO/MT-XV) 2025. A total of 5208 vacancies are announced across multiple participating banks. The recruitment process will be held in three stages: Preliminary Exam, Main Exam, and Interview.

Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. Candidates must have a valid marksheet/degree certificate and the final result should be declared on or before 28 July 2025. - Age Limit (as on 01 July 2025):
- Minimum: 20 years
- Maximum: 30 years
- Candidate must be born between 02 July 1995 and 01 July 2005 (both dates inclusive).
- Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
- Ex-Servicemen: 5 years

Selection Process
The recruitment will be conducted in three stages:

The final merit list will be prepared based on Mains (80%) + Interview (20%) performance.
