Eligibility Criteria:

- Age relaxation applicable as per Rajasthan Government rules
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university
- Computer Proficiency (any one of the following):
- NIELIT O Level / DOEACC
- COPA (Computer Operator and Programming Assistant) certificate
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / Computer Applications
- RS-CIT Certificate by VMOU, Kota
- Engineering Degree in any stream
- Equivalent computer qualification recognized by the government
- Language & Culture Requirement:
- Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script
- Knowledge of Rajasthani culture
- Nationality:
- Indian Citizen / Subject of Nepal / Bhutan
- Tibetan refugees who arrived before 01 January 1962
