Educational Qualification (as on 30 September 2025)
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government
- Final year/semester students may apply provisionally, but must submit proof of passing on or before 30 September 2025
- Candidates with Integrated Dual Degree (IDD) must ensure completion by 30 September 2025
- Candidates with professional qualifications (CA, Engineer, Doctor, etc.) are also eligible
