- Candidates must be born between 02 July 1985 and 01 July 2004
- Age relaxation applicable as per UPPSC rules
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university
- B.Ed. Degree is mandatory for all subjects except Computer Science (optional)
- UPTET qualification required where applicable

- Graduation with Hindi as a subject.
- Sanskrit at intermediate level OR Uttar Madhyama exam passed from UP Sanskrit Shiksha Parishad.
- B.Ed. degree from an NCTE‑recognized institute.
- Assistant Teacher (Male/Female) English
- Graduation in English Literature from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. degree approved by NCTE.
- Assistant Teacher (Male/Female) Mathematics
- Graduation with Mathematics as a subject.
- B.Ed. degree recognized by NCTE.
- Assistant Teacher (Male/Female) Science
- Graduation with Physics and Chemistry as subjects.
- B.Ed. degree from an NCTE‑recognized institute.
- Assistant Teacher (Male/Female) Social Science
- Graduation with at least two subjects from History, Geography, Political Science, or Economics.
- B.Ed. degree approved by NCTE.
- Assistant Teacher (Male/Female) Computer
- B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science OR Graduation in Computer Science/Applications OR Graduation with ‘A’ Level certificate from NIELIT OR B.Tech in Computer Science with MCA.
